Our products for caulking services
All of the materials we work with are commercial grade and high performance materials. These include silicones, urethanes, polyurea, latex, acrylic, butyl rubber. All residential and commercial constructions are sealed with silicone-based caulking or urethane-based caulking. We use the same materials on all commercial units and residential units.
We can recommend the material to be used depending on the type of surface to be sealed.
ADSEAL DWS 4580 SERIES
WEATHERSEAL NEUTRAL CURE SILICONE ADHESIVE SEALANT
ADSEAL DWS 4580 SERIES is a one-component sealant/adhesive that vulcanizes to a durable elastic rubber
silicone in contact with ambient humidity. Due to its rheological and non-sagging characteristics, it can be
applied above the head, over the joints and on surfaces of vertical and horizontal walls.
ADSEAL LM 4600 SERIES
WEATHERSEAL NEUTRAL CURE SILICONE SEALANT MAXIMUM ELONGATION
ADSEAL LM 4600 SERIES is a one-component sealant/adhesive that vulcanizes as durable, elastic rubber
silicone in contact with ambient humidity. Due to its rheological and non-sagging characteristics, it can be
applied above the head, over the joints and on surfaces of vertical and horizontal walls.
CWS sealant from Dow Corning ®
Sealer specially designed to seal dynamic movement joints and the caulking of openings (windows, doors, panels, EIFS, mullion joints, panels and framing, etc.).
Silicone construction sealant Dow Corning® 795
Structural and non-structural glazing works. Attachment of a wide variety of structural panel systems.
SWS sealant from GE ®
SWS sealant securely adheres without primer to many substrates and finishes, including glass, polycarbonate, vinyl, plastics, wood, painted and anodized aluminum, brick, terracotta, materials ceramic and porcelain, concrete and natural stones.
Dymonic 100 highly elastic high performance polyurethane sealant
Dymonic® 100 is a high performance, medium modulus, low VOC, UV stable, non-sagging sealant. Formulated with innovative polymer technology similar to TREMproof 250GC and Vulkem 45 SSL, Dymonic 100 is a very versatile sealant with the unique ability to adhere to wet or fresh concrete.
BASF NP1 elastomeric polyurethane sealant
Elastomeric polyurethane sealant for one-component spray application.
Description: NP 1 is a high performance polyurethane elastomeric sealant at M C spray application without primer to a component. It does not require any mixing and usually does not require a primer to adhere to many materials, including concrete and masonry.
Sonnerborn NP2
MMulti-component high performance polyurethane sealant
Description: NP 2 is a high performance polyurethane sealant, very flexible M C, without three-component primer. It has been successfully tested for joint movements of plus or minus 50%. Choose from 40 popular colors in stock and 463 standard colors.
ADSEAL DOORS AND WINDOWS, 4580 SERIES SEALANT
ADSEAL PFR 4580 SERIES is a one-component sealant / adhesive that vulcanizes to silicone rubber durable and elastic in contact with ambient humidity.
Dymeric 240
Polyurethane multi-component sealants. Dymeric 240 / Dymeric 240 FC are three-component, chemically cured epoxy polyurethane sealants, specially formulated for joints with dynamic movements.
Tremco Spectrum 1 – 2 – 3
Performance Silicones, Spectrem®, Proglaze® and Tremsil®, are economic sealant to waterproof the entire building envelope.
Mulco Supra Expert
Very durable architectural sealant based on selected thermoplastic polymer rubbers. Dries by evaporation of the solvent.
Sikaflex 1A
Polyurethane-based joint sealing material, one component.
Description Sikaflex 1a is a one-component elastomer product, based on polyurethane. It is a high quality, non-sagging, high-performance, moisture-curing sealant.
Bond-Flex 300 Silicone
This product is used on bathrooms, thermo kitchens…. It is used because it is a product that sticks extremely well on smooth surfaces. For this reason, we are able to give a 10 year warranty.
